Hosts know this — but manually adjusting prices for seasonality, local events, day-of-week patterns, and booking lead time is a part-time job. The Airbnb Pricing System is a tool we're building to do that work systematically: translating demand signals and your own occupancy strategy into nightly rates that adapt as conditions change.
