Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Respredica handles information across everything we make — our digital products, resources, website, and software applications.

Effective date: January 1, 2026

Introduction

Respredica (“Respredica,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) develops digital products, creative resources, productivity tools, AI-powered automation, and software applications. This Privacy Policy applies to our website, our products, and our applications, and describes the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to cover our current offerings and to extend naturally to future products and services.

By using our website, purchasing our products, or interacting with our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information we collect

We aim to collect as little information as possible, and only what is needed to provide and improve our products and services. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

  • Contact information you provide voluntarily — such as your name and email address when you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter.
  • Purchase information processed through third-party marketplaces (for example, Etsy) or payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
  • Usage information — basic, aggregated analytics about how our website is used, to help us improve it.
  • Communications — the content of messages you send us, so we can respond and provide support.

Information we do not collect

We do not sell your personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal data that we do not need, and we do not build advertising profiles about you. Where our products are sold through third-party marketplaces, those platforms handle transactions under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

Our website may use a minimal set of cookies or similar technologies to remember preferences and understand aggregate usage. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some conveniences but not core functionality.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how our website performs and how we can improve it. Any analytics data is used in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted third parties to operate our business — for example, marketplaces where our products are sold, email and newsletter providers, hosting infrastructure, and, for our software, platform APIs such as Pinterest. These providers process information under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We share information with third parties only as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Access tokens and credentials used by our applications are stored securely and used only for their intended purpose. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.

Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict its use, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected] and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

International users

Respredica may process information in countries other than your own. By using our services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws. We take steps to ensure your information is treated in line with this policy wherever it is processed.
