Acceptance of terms

Digital products

Respredica sells digital products such as downloads, templates, printables, and creative resources. Unless stated otherwise:

Respredica develops software applications. Some applications are private and internal; others may be released publicly in the future under additional or superseding terms. Automation tools

Our automation tools interact with third-party platforms through their official APIs. When you use tools that connect to a third-party service, you are responsible for complying with that service's terms and policies. We design our tools to operate within the rules of the platforms they connect to, and we do not support use that violates those rules.

The Respredica name, logo, website, product designs, software, and content are the intellectual property of Respredica and are protected by applicable laws. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it under these terms; it does not transfer ownership of any underlying intellectual property. You may not use our branding without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Respredica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website, products, or services. Our products and services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except where such warranties cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of our website, products, or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
